Let’s create accessibility together!

I love telling stories.

Stories of my own—like the time I had my first-ever panic attack, hidden away in a closet at work. Or the moment I finally felt safe enough to come out to my family as queer, thanks to the support of an Employee Resource Group.

I also share the stories of others—especially those navigating multiple marginalized identities—because their voices are often the most overlooked in conversations about accessibility.

Growing up in Kenya as a queer and neurodivergent individual shaped my perspective, and my background in teaching, program management, and ERG leadership has deepened it. With ongoing learning in Universal Design and Accessibility, I bring an authentic, people-first approach to diversity—one rooted in empathy, intention, and action.

I'm here to inspire and equip your teams to embrace inclusion in a way that truly makes a difference.

Keynote Speaker

My keynotes are immersive storytelling experiences—rooted in identity, personal life lessons, and the kind of energy that keeps an audience hooked. Every talk is tailored to the moment and focuses on leaving the crowd inspired and motivated to foster inclusion and accessbility.

Because the best conversations go both ways, I always leave space for Q&A or audience engagement. No two keynotes are the same—each one is a unique, in-the-moment experience.

Custom Trainings

Whether your managers are asking “how do I include neurodivergent employees ?” or your employees are asking “how can I self-advocate and communicate what I need at work?”, I take my background in education and current research, combined with my personal experience in corporate America to curate trainings for inclusion and accessibility.

My approach is rooted in Universal Design, blended with practical resources and focuses on intersectionality.

ERG Consultation

I came out as queer to my family because of the safety I found in an Employee Resource Group. I met other neurodivergent people for the first time in an ERG. Having personally experiencing the power of psychological safety and practical resources, I went on to co-found and co-lead an ERG focused on physical disabilities, neurodiversity and mental health. With years of experience in event planning, ERG formation and organizational leadership, I can work with your team on agenda ideas, strategy, cross-functional collaboration and more!
